A decadent three-course meal was served; the night began with a light Beet Carpaccio and Arugula Salad, the balsamic glazed drizzled over it made our palettes sing. We were then warmed up with a creamy Lobster Bisque Shooter; it was filled with flavor and delicious chunks of meat. On came the entrée- The French Country Braised Beef was cooked in red wine, seasoned with garlic and onion. The chef coupled the entree with a bed of Lyonnaise Potatoes. Each course perfectly paired with great wine. Epicurean Endeavors certainly lived up to their name, creating an amazing meal reminiscent of an evening in France. Merci!
